Electric Motion’s Journey to the FIM E-XPLORER World Championship
Electric Motion (EM) has been a trailblazer in the realm of two-wheel electric vehicles for more than a decade. Tirelessly crafting, innovating, and globally distributing electric motorcycles, we’ve embarked on an electrifying journey from humble beginnings to the pioneering force we are today.
Our mission, often deemed a “crazy” project by many, has been a long and challenging road. Despite this, we remain steadfast and unwavering in our quest, fuelled by the support and belief of countless individuals who champion our vision.
Our trials have not been without triumph. Securing victories across numerous categories in the trial championship and fiercely competing against some of the world’s finest riders and top-tier gas bikes, our journey has been nothing short of exhilarating. Today, we are thrilled to announce our participation in the game-changing FIM E-XPLORER World Championship.
This new championship is a unique electric dirt bike competition, taking the sport to the next level by fostering diversity and inclusivity. It features mixed teams consisting of one man and one woman, battling it out in the most picturesque terrains across the globe – from bustling cityscapes to serene natural landscapes. As Electric Motion’s CEO, Philippe Aresten, articulates, it’s “from project to reality: definitely the dawn of something big for off-road motorcycle sport. Let the race begin, and please, explore the silence!”
Valentin Guyonnet, the CEO of E-Xplorer, warmly welcomes Electric Motion to this revolutionary racing format. With a commitment to pushing the boundaries of sustainable racing and electric mobility, he sees great potential in our riders showcasing their prowess on the international stage.
Among our racers, Chris Bruand is ecstatic to be part of this groundbreaking initiative with the EM team. Backed by a dedicated team working round the clock to provide optimal racing conditions, he and his teammate Marine Lemoine are eager to demonstrate our EM bike’s prowess. He applauds E-Xplorer for establishing a platform encouraging mixed competition on the same track.
Similarly, Marine Lemoine is thrilled to participate in this fresh championship under the banner of EM. Excited by the team’s commitment and professionalism, she anticipates the start of the electric season with great enthusiasm.
